BATU KAWAN 地库王?



这是我参考TAMBUN 2013年报而搜集出来的地库资料然后简单编制出来的图表。超过79%的地库(280acres) 集中在Simpang Ampat这个地区,而这些地段尚未完全开发完毕。

想请问来自槟城的朋友可否知道Pearl City的房产卖在什么价位,谢啦!

  1. Including the recent acquisition of 209 acres, Tambun Indah has about 600 acres undeveloped land in its Pearl City. Latest Rain Tree Park 1 (gated) double storey terrace priced at above RM450k, while double storey linked semi-D from RM580k.

    1. Thanks for your info! Their selling price indeed quite attractive. If they were to increase the selling price for the upcoming projects, with current profit margin, looks quite promising

    2. You're welcomed :) Tambun will benefit from the expected high price tag by other developers in the region. But I wonder how many buyers can afford it...

    3. I have no idea on the property market in Penang. For your info, double storey terrace at RM450k, Semi-D from RM580k are the price range in Kuching around 3-4 years ago . Won't be able to get that price tag in Kuching at the moment. And you are right, how many buyers can afford it, plus the stricter loan approval nowadays.

    4. Same to me that I have no idea in Kuching's property market. Tambun launched its first project in Pearl City at DST RM220k & DSSD RM340k, about 4 years ago. About 6-7 yrs ago, DSSD here only RM200k... However Penang island is a different story.

  2. tambun pearl city 的 project,一间普通的 double storey (land size 60 × 20) (built up area 40 × 20) 现在 (2014年)是大约 400 多千,相比几年前,已经起很多了
