云顶大妈GENM 第二季暂时过关！

-相信2019全年营业额将会突破10 billion大关，首半年已达5.25 billion.
-暂时看不到税务提高对她到底有多大影响，等2019全年业绩再来观察
-Gaming和non-gaming revenue比例进一步乖离，non-gaming比例持续缓慢走高
-Finance cost 大幅升高，值得留意！
-Tax incentive的缘故，这季的Taxation明显低很多，假设排除这incentive，net profit将进一步萎缩，对比去年同期没增长，甚至小幅下挫
-6仙股息还是值得小小的安慰
-没炸弹已经是不幸中的大幸了（暂时安全）
-虽然营业额每年增长，但是EPS却是停滞不前！（又怪Accounting Practice? 🤣)

云顶大马 (GENM) 新主题乐园 in the making

新年有机会上云顶，也有机会看看现阶段的户外乐园长什么模样，一片满目疮痍~

2年后第一期的发展项目就会呈现在大家的眼前，包括备受瞩目的20th Century Fox主题乐园。

耗资50亿元改头换面：
Works will be carried out in two phases of MYR4b and MYR1b respectively. Phase 1 will comprise MYR3b in new investments: (i) 20th Century Fox Theme Park (MYR1b), (ii) a 1,300 room three-star hotel (MYR500m), (iii) a 10,000 seating arena, premium mall, plaza, new cable car line of 4,000 pax/hour capacity, 3,000 car park bays, sewerage, water and power plants, roads and capitalized interest (MYR1.5b), and MYR1b in refurbishments of its hotels. Phase 1 is slated to be fully completed by Chinese New Year 2016. Phase 2 is contingent on future demand and involves building high end hotels only.
